What to send for review

Include the details you have:

  • An existing blade drawing, part number, or clear photos.
  • The machine and holder used in your application.
  • The material being processed, including its thickness and layer construction where relevant.
  • The cut, tear feature, edge profile, or joint you need.
  • Blade dimensions and the quantity required.

For perforators, include your specified cut/tie pattern, depth, and tooth count. For Crack & Peel, identify the layer to cut and the layer to preserve.

Need a Custom Blade?

We manufacture custom blades. Tell us what you’re cutting and include a drawing or photo if you have one.

Choosing a specialty blade

How do I choose the right specialty blade?

Start with the result you need, then share the material and machine or holder you use. The featured families above explain different cut and joining functions. If you are unsure of the blade name, a drawing or photo is a useful starting point.

Is Crack & Peel the same as backscoring or kiss cutting?

Kiss cutting is a broader term; backscoring and liner scoring may describe a related application. The layer construction and tooling determine whether Crack & Peel is appropriate. Tell us which layer must be cut and which must remain intact.

What if I don't have a blade drawing?

Start with an existing part number or clear photos, plus your machine or holder, material, and desired result. Include any known dimensions and quantity. We can review that information and identify what else is needed.
